Daniel Fauquet is a member of the Paris Bar. After being a lecturer for four years at the Universities of Paris Pantheon Sorbonne and Nanterre, in 1988 he joined the Paris CRIDON [Centre for Notarial Research, Information and Documentation] where he provided advice to notaries concerning estates and jointly held assets. He was admitted to the Bar in 1992 and joined Bureau Francis Lefebvre's new litigation department. He became a partner in 1996 and headed a team of lawyers specialized in commercial and civil litigation. He left in 2005 and opened his own practice.

Daniel Fauquet, with four years' experience in the notarial field and thirteen years within a major business law firm, offers his clients the benefit of such dual experience. He assists them in judicial strategy problems and handles estate law issues which are often left solely up to a notary. He acts both downstream as well as upstream on behalf of individuals in respect to estates and transfers of assets and businesses, as well as of companies, managing both estate related pre-litigation and litigation matters.
