Experience


François Vignalou is a lawyer at the Bar of Paris. In 2006, he joined the law firm Richer, Outil, Olivier-Martin et Vignalou in order to create and develop its fiscal department. He began his career with Bureau Françis Lefèbvre in the tax department, worked with Fidal Direction International and with the law firm Moquet Borde (which became Paul Hastings).

Profile


François Vignalou is specialized in taxation. He mainly intervenes in matters of restructuring, taxation of enterprises and groups of companies, manager taxation, international taxation, real estate taxation. He also assists his clients in cases of tax audit or tax disputes.

He intervenes with French and international companies for legal advices and in case of disputes.

He supports executives and managers in the constitution and the taxation of both management packages and personal holdings (transmission, so-called “Dutreil” agreement, optimization, etc.).

He regularly takes part as a speaker in taxation training for company managers and bankers in private management.
